Its funny how Internet marketing works! Competitors try and post fake negative comments to make other companies look bad! If Adriana’s insurance was so bad why would they be in business over 25 years! Why Do MILLIONS of customers go back again and again! If I were a competitor I would try and spend half the money they did on advertising and earning their customers instead of bashing them to try and gain clients! So if your at a agency and they tell you to go to city search and they know the page its probably because they made it! Don’t believe everything you hear! And yes Adriana’s Charges for their services. It’s a business do you go to work for free! more

I heard rumors about Adrianas Insurance giving outrageous quotes and being in dreamy land with exaggerated rates but it’s not true. I wanted to confirm myself about such rumor, so I called them since I didn’t have time to go to their office. I was surprised because they actually beat the price I was paying for my car insurance. None out of this world! Great! more

FOR THE PAST 2 YEARS I HAVE PAID INSURANCE AND NOW THAT I HAD A LITTLE ACCIDENT AND FILE A CLAIM THEY TOLD ME THAT I'M EXCLUDED AND THAT I HAVE NO COVERAGE WHAT SO EVER THAT THEY WILL NOT PAY FOR ANYTHING OH GET THIS TOO, THAT I ASKED TO BE EXCLUDED FROM MY OWN POLICY AND CANNOT DRIVE ANY OF MY CARS. YET EVERY MONTH I PAY $83.00 TO BE INSURED AND BE ABLE TO DRIVE ANYWHERE I WANT AND COMPLY WITH THE LAW. IF ANYONE HAS HAD THIS HAPPEN TO THEM PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW YOU RESOLVED THE PROBLEM. I TRY CONTACTING THE CORP OFFICE BUT LIKE I SAID THEY PUT IT ALL ON ME. WHY WOULD ANYONE WANT TO PAYING FOR INSUREANCE AND NOT BE COVERED? HAVE THEY LOST THEIR MIND? WHY ARE THEY INSULTING ME LIKE THAT? more

Adriana's Insurance had 19 justified complaints with the California Department of Insurance in 2009. This years complaints will be posted in 2011. If you have any complaints against Adriana's Insurance or any other insurance company, call the California Department of Insurance at 213-897-8921. Also check the Better Business Bureau, rip off reports and see as many reviews on the internet as you can, before you buy your insurance from them. Just Auto is owned by the same people. more

Why is everyone always talking bad about this company!!!! ive been insured with them for over a year now and have nothing but positive things to say about them. Im paying less a month for the same policy i was getting over at geico. Actually im saving a little over 450 a year on my auto insurance. Everytime i go into their location, they are always so welcoming and professional with me. Do youself a favor and at least call for a quote and see for yourself how great they are. Doesnt hurt to try! more

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY this company lied about my marital status, my driving record and other things to give me a lower rate. after i gave them my credit card information, they raised my rate almost 1800 dollars!? please be careful, this company is very dishonest.? I was misquoted by them and paid a super high down payment!! When I got my first bill it was $75 more than what they quoted me. It has been nothing but a pain to deal with them. I am still trying to get a refund from them after cancelling my insurance. On top of that I am getting billed directly from Mercury because they failed to cancel my policy as I requested. Now they want to send me to collections! Do not go here for insurance!!! Cons: Misquote just about every customer to get them in the door...this happens a lot! more

They gave me a quote based on information they typed in wrong and I ended up paying $50 more a month for my car insurance. I had already paid the down payment, so they wouldn't do anything. Very rude! more
