I love the Breathing Room. Yoga is both gentle and rigorous. The instructors are encouraging. It is absolutely NOT competitive yoga, whereever I am is good. I hope I can do this forever. I am thinking of just spending a whole day there doing yoga, meditating, and shopping and drinking at the juice bar. I am very grateful and happy to have this opportunity every day to do yoga. And you can buy a season's pass and go as much as you want.
Pros: great, gentle yet powerful instruction
Cons: i have a fulltime job and can't just live there!
