I have to agree with the previous postings that the greens at Longwood have been awful for many years. However times have changed!! As of Nov 2007 the greens on 18 holes have been replaced and are quite good. Yes they need a few years to really mature into form, however they are very clean right now. This layout is fun and entertaining, with some great holes. While not being extrememly long, there is a fair amount of great shot making moments and plenty of chances to get an eagle for those longer hitters. Most of the guests I have taken to Longwood enjoy the layout and feel for the price. Right now just under $40 to play and $24 at twilight it is a great choice for the money.
Pros: Fun Layout, New Greens, 27 Holes, Great Value
Cons: Crowded at times, fairways can get very soggy after big rains
