This family owned business has the poorest customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. After a year of being unable to treat the ants in my home THEY decided I was not communicating well enough for their liking and chose to stop servicing my home. My home is only 4 years old, is very clean, my neighbors to each side of me both use a different pest company and have had zero ants that made their way inside their homes, yet the wife of this family business tried to make it be our fault that the ants could not be treated and they were having to come out repeatedly. I would never, ever recommend that any one use this company if they are truly wanting the customer service they deserve.
