I have been a customer of this company for about 2 1/2 years now. My husband and I bought a new house out here when we moved from Fremont. I have had a really good experience with this company and I am very glad I chose them. Sometimes I can be pretty picky, I know...or at least that's what my husband says, but they have always been so kind and helpful. That's why I decided to write a review. They have gone above and beyond to keep us happy and our house so far has stayed bug free! Just like I like it. more

I used Omni Pest Management to spray my home and yard last summer for the first time. They initially came out because I had a horrible problem with spiders and ants. I also had wasps in my roof. I called around to get estimates from about 7 companies. All of the other companies either wanted to send someone to my house to give an estimate or take my number and have a salesman call me back. I didn't want either of those. The last thing I wanted was having a bunch of salesman coming to my house to sell me a bill of goods and services I didn't need. Omni gave me a free estimate over the phone and was out to treat my yard the very next day. They even honored a coupon that I had from a flyer another company had left on my porch. My husban and I decided to take a routine service every other month and they said I could do that with no obligation to sign any type of commitment. The customer service has been outstanding and when I call in they even remember my dogs name which always surprises me. I have not seen 1 spider since my first service with them. My whole family uses Omni now and they gave me a free service for referring them. I could not be happier! more

This family owned business has the poorest customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. After a year of being unable to treat the ants in my home THEY decided I was not communicating well enough for their liking and chose to stop servicing my home. My home is only 4 years old, is very clean, my neighbors to each side of me both use a different pest company and have had zero ants that made their way inside their homes, yet the wife of this family business tried to make it be our fault that the ants could not be treated and they were having to come out repeatedly. I would never, ever recommend that any one use this company if they are truly wanting the customer service they deserve. more
