After I settled on the camper I wanted to purchase the sales person jotted down a price on a slip of paper and asked me ""How does this price look?"" it was a great deal so I accepted his offer (first mistake was not getting this in writing). When I went in to sign the papers the price was $9,000 more then what the sales person had written down, when I questioned this his response was ""Oh no, we never would have sold it to you at that price!"" When I got home I went on line and checked their status and found that they have various complaints one of which was similar to my experience. My advise: take time to shop around, get everything in writing, if feeling pressured by sales person walk away and once you decide on a dealer go on line and check them out.
