While I can't articulate as poetic a review as my 2 predecessors, I can say that I wholeheartedly agree that this is an excellent neighborhood restaurant. The grilled calamari (almost impossible to find in the fried food mecca that is The South) is fantastic, and the orecchiette (with sausage, rabe, chili) had exactly the right sausage-to-pasta ratio with just the right amount of chili ""kick, "" enhanced, of course, by a glass of Barbara Di Asti vino. The wine selection is great and wines by the glass are reasonably priced (compared to other restaurants in their catagory). The best part? They actually FILL the glass ABOVE halfway! A great place for a first date, a 100th date, or for a few friends who just want to catch up and have a great meal.
Pros: Both bar and table seating, nice atmoshphere, nice food and wine selection
Cons: I wish I lived closer to it!
