The rolls are the freshest around, and Chef Jon puts a unique spin on tradtional rolls with a unique flair and friendliness that is nowadays unfortunately uncommon. I have eaten sushi at places all over the world, and Chef Jon's cuisine is comparable to some of the best I have ever encountered.
