Businiess name:  Ninja Japanese Restaurant

Review content:
The top notch service from the friendly hostess coupled with the unique japanese atmosphere is trumped only by lead chef Jon's masterful sushi stylings. Smarts patrons are best served to begin with one of their uniquely delicious appetizers; good luck finding a better appetizer than the ANGEL SWEET SASHIMI anywhere. The rolls are the freshest around, and Chef Jon puts a unique spin on tradtional rolls with a unique flair and friendliness that is nowadays unfortunately uncommon. I have eaten sushi at places all over the world, and Chef Jon's cuisine is comparable to some of the best I have ever encountered. If you are in the Essex/Morris/Bergen/HudsonCounty area, do yourself a favor and check out NINJA SUSHI in Fairfield. Pros: There are no cons whatsoever when dining at NINJA SUSHI
