My appointment was at 3:45pm and I got there at 4:00pm because of tourist traffic through town. When I got to Le Salon Cruz, my stylist had flat out left! ""She just left,"" they said ""and no one else is available."" She couldn't even wait 15 minutes for a client? I was so speechless I just walked back out the door. If you might be late getting to Le Salon Cruz, please do not book an appointment here. In my opinion, this was a really tacky move and I will never go back.
Pros: Nice interior design.
Cons: Didn't even get to go to my appointment
