I used to eat here frequently, but I got turned off by several things. First, some of my favorite dishes were often over-cooked and sometimes swimming in grease (the broccoli chicken comes to mind). So it didn't exactly excite me as a source for healthy eating, which I've kind of come to expect from Chinese food. It seemed like they loved to simmer fresh vegetables in grease. I felt that if I kept eating their greasy fare, I would get fat as a pig! Secondly, (speaking of pigs!), I really grew tired of the swell of people in there at lunch-time, all crowding around the serving tables like a bunch of pigs in a pen. You see, there's no ""start"" or ""finish"" pattern to the serving table area, so it is like a big free-for-all. I saw people rudely crowd in to get their serving, and push other people aside. Often times parents had unruly or bawling kids with them, too. Man, the place got to be just like a barnyard! And thirdly, I got extremely annoyed with the wait staff. The place is crawling with waiters and waitresses, but, they don't really DO much, because, since it's a self-serve buffet, you, the customer, do most of the work. And yet, the wait people always seemed to insinuate that you give them a big tip! The worst thing is, several times I had wait-persons bring me my check and then take my money up to the cash register, but then they disappeared and never brought me my change! I hate to be so down on the place, as I will concede that it does have positive potential: it's got a HUGE parking lot, the place is big enough to accomodate large lunch-time crowds, and they do make an effort to put out a large variety of Asian-themed foods. Excellent dessert bar, too. But due to the three negative areas I've just listed, I won't be going back here any time soon.
Pros: Ample parking, huge seating, good variety of dishes
Cons: Some dishes are poorly done, wait staff is an annoyance
