I have been a home owner for over 16 years. My assocation has dealt with Hillcrest management for over 10years. They, since being are new managment Company have saved us from being ripped off from contractors. My Property Manager has a voice mail that states if ou need immedite astance to please press zero and her asst. will be paged. My calls do get answered, My answer get answered as well. There are people you can talk to but you need to give your Assocation Name. If you have a question about a bill or assesement you can ask also aks for the Book Keeper, it depends on what you need. Hillcrest has helped out our Property by educating the board and the homowner understand the Responabity of a Board and a Home Owner Issues. I for got thath when I sold my house and became a memeber of a Community were there are rules to follow. I did not purchase a apartment but another home.
