I called once and the gentleman I spoke to was very professional and nice. I called again and spoke to a very unprofessional man. After some light bickering, he did arrange his crew to come out to give me a quote on replacing an arch window pane. A few days later, I received a phone call quoting more than $1200!!!! Needless to say, I obtained a quote from a competitor and they just finished installing for $500. I will say, though, that the crew from Raleigh Glass that took measurements was knowledgable and friendly.
Pros: 2 convenient locations if you don't need installation
Cons: Cost, cost, cost, and at least 1 unprofessional salesperson
