Price in shop didn't match phone quote... Call ahead for quote, get name of contact, immediately mention phone contact and price upon entry... Better yet, call around...

The young man who always comes out is so friendly and definately knows what he is doing. I have reccomended Raleigh Glass and they have all been satisfied with the work as well. The work done is worth the price! more

Not sure yet! 5/19/2011

We gave them a call on a Monday to come out and they were a no show. Called them to come out again and they showed up and took measurements. Suppose to come out the following Monday NO SHOW. Talked to the man behind the desk and he said they would come out Monday to take the window out and order a new one and put it in The following Monday. I know that they can't just take a window out and not put one back for the time being until the new one comes in. So we will be watching how this plays out. more

We got great service 12/15/2009

I was making floating shelves in my living room. I wanted to make them out of glass but I had no idea what width the glass should be at in order to make sure it didn't break. I explained what I was doing to an employee at Raleigh Glass and Mirror. He gave me the specs, cut the glass, and I brought it home that day. You can also place orders over the phone so you don't have to make two trips. Pros: Expert advice Cons: not sure yet more

Is that a bug on your windshield? 9/12/2008

There are times when the criminal element comes close to home. My nephew needed a new windshield so I called Raleigh glass. Perfect cut the first time and the job was done in a timely manner. Customer service is a deal breaker for me and these guys were excellent. I would recommend them without a doubt. more

Depends on who you talk to when you call them... 11/7/2007

I called once and the gentleman I spoke to was very professional and nice. I called again and spoke to a very unprofessional man. After some light bickering, he did arrange his crew to come out to give me a quote on replacing an arch window pane. A few days later, I received a phone call quoting more than $1200!!!! Needless to say, I obtained a quote from a competitor and they just finished installing for $500. I will say, though, that the crew from Raleigh Glass that took measurements was knowledgable and friendly. Pros: 2 convenient locations if you don't need installation Cons: Cost, cost, cost, and at least 1 unprofessional salesperson more

I would definately use this company again, had no problems, job was completed in time frame given at a reasonable price. Technicians were friendly and helpful. Job well done!!! more

HORRIBLE SERVICE--- MISSED APPOINTMENT 8/8/2007

WOULDNT DO BUSINESS WITH COMPANY. APPOINTMENT WAS BETWEEN 10-11AM, 11:30am NO PHONE CALLS, NO SHOW, CALLED COMPANY, TRANSFERRED 3 TIMES, NO ONE WANTED TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND THEN CALLED US BACK TO TELL US THEY WOULD BE HERE AT 1PM. I DONT THINK SO. Pros: NOTHING Cons: CUSTOMER SERVICE, RELIABILITY, COMMUNICATION more
