10 weeks after being promised my flooring it has finally arrived. Tyler, the manager of the Raleigh store, does not have a clue as to what it takes to run a store. After your first visit you will be un-impressed with the staff and knowledge here. They never pick up the phone when you call and forget about leaving a message, no one will ever return it. Your best bet is to constantly go to the store location and ask about your purchase. Cons: terrible Customer Service , never return phone calls, staff is not knowledgeable more
