After visiting their store lured in by low prices, I found them to have low grade products, little to no real flooring knowledge that could assist me in a way I could reallt trust...

I bought laminate to do my hallway. They recommended an installer who was very professional and fast. After receiving the labor estimate, I found someone else to install the products. The staff a LL was always very helpful, friendly, and professional. Pricing was better than HD or Lowes on comparable products, but they stood ready to answer questions about the installation or anything I needed. I felt they really cared about my complete experience. I would definitely buy again. BTW, they did not ask me to write this! more

If you want to be abused this is the place. The manager mocked me and treated my complaint about a return fee as if I was pond scum. He defended his return policy which appears halfway down a full page of small print written material and argued that I had been verbally informed of the details although I had not. In fact the policy of a 20% restocking fee was never mentioned to me. I had not read the policy, but I had asked what was on the page before purchase. Jason, the manager, threatened me verbally and physically by leaning toward me and yelling at me. He acted in a hostile and belligerent manner. I really don't know if he actually processed the refund as he refused to sign my return paperwork. He marked an ""x"" instead of his signature when I \r requested his acknowledgement on the return form. This is absolutely the last place to go if you\r want to be treated well. more

I would not recommend Lumber Liquidators in Raleigh to anyone. Despite being told when we bought our flooring that if we came up short due to damaged boards we should come back and they would take care of us, they did not. The manager refused to work with us unless we could bring in each and every damaged board. We had not been told this and had used many of those boards in cuts and threw others away. This was not specified when we originally spoke to the sales person and should have been. more

A WASTE OF TIME 2/15/2011

After visiting their store lured in by low prices, I found them to have low grade products, little to no real flooring knowledge that could assist me in a way I could reallt trust, they generally were unable to answer positively about product returns (forget it you buy it you own it) they did not have matching trim pieces I would have needed to install my floor. They just don't have it what it takes here. more

Terrible Customer Service 11/13/2007

10 weeks after being promised my flooring it has finally arrived. Tyler, the manager of the Raleigh store, does not have a clue as to what it takes to run a store. After your first visit you will be un-impressed with the staff and knowledge here. They never pick up the phone when you call and forget about leaving a message, no one will ever return it. Your best bet is to constantly go to the store location and ask about your purchase. Cons: terrible Customer Service , never return phone calls, staff is not knowledgeable more
