Plaza is officilally the worst place I have ever bought a light fixture from. I have an interior design firm and we do tons of lighting purchases. They had a particualr high end fixture the client wanted so I went ahead and purchased it from Plaza. WHAT A MISTAKE! I worked with Dave, who iniitally was very responsive right up until we paid for the fixture. He swore up and down that the fixture would arrive at their store in 1 week then shipping would take another week. Well the fixture arrived in a week to their store, but he forgot to send it out to the client. I called and he said they would ship it out that day. A week later the fixture still had not left. I left meesages for him, none of them returned, called the store and waited on hold for more then 45 minutes only to be disconnected. Finally some sales associate felt sorry for me and expedited the fixture. The fixture arrived damaged and trying to get someone to call me back has been a trial. I have left emails, voicemails and yet no one has contacted me. I will never, ever do business with Plaza Lighting again. I strongly encourage everyone else to do the same. We understand delays in logistics, however a few phone calls would have alleviated any hard feeliings. Plaza just opted to avoid us.
