Took my pants in to have the fastener repaired. My wife went to pick them up, and they could n0t find my pants. They said they would call by Friday to let me kmow what they were going to do. No call on Friday. No call on Monday. Had to call Tuesday to follow up. Said they still had not found my pants, but were still looking. Owner would call later that day. No call from owner. I finally went down there and said something needed to be done. Owner said he would pay for my pants, but I had to provide original receipt. I had to go home and find receipt. Took receipt back for Paul. Paul had left the shop for the day. I left receipt ans told them to mail my check. One week later, no check so I called Paul. He promised check would be mailed that day. Paul called later that day to tell me they had found my pants, 5 WEEKS LATER! Terrible. Shop unorganized. Clutter everywhere. No wonder they lost the pants!
