We have three dogs and take them for grooming once a month. We have had nothing but the best of experiences with Michigan Canine School of Cosmetology! Yes, it is a school, but we have been able to explain the cuts we prefer for our dogs to the management and have success time after time even though the students change. The staff is kind and loving. They know the boys and inquire after them if one should be missing. If we want to skip a month of full grooming for our short hair fellow, that's fine, they still do his nails. They are careful to point out any issues they see developing, a new lump or anal problem, just in case we haven't noticed. Appointments are set to convenience for morning with a noon time pick-up or afternoon for an early evening pick-up. The prices are great. We wouldn't go elsewhere. We have tried other groomers in years past, but were not nearly as satisfied.
