You're lucky if they answer the phone. Appointments are barely ever on time anyway. But worst of all, don't expect accurate diagnosis. My dog had a vasculitis from her rabies shot but was put on anti-histamines because he misdiagnosed her as having allergies. Then he proceeded to give her high dosages (which I was informed by another vet) of benadryl, which left her sleepy and did nothing to clear up her condition. Her condition worsened, she lost more hair, and after more expensive lab tests, still no proper diagnosis. Finally, I took her to another vet that knew what was going on. Just be careful of this place, you might get treated with the wrong dosage of the wrong medicine.
