I agree - bad service and they overcharge unbelievably. I had to get my Jetta remote key replaced, I bought one on-line that claimed to be the correct one for my model but B'Way VW said it didn't work so I had to buy another from them - oh well but then they charged me the $70 for programming the key *twice* and wouldn't give on it. $200 for a replacement key! The manager sighed when I asked him to look into it like I was putting him out. Previous visit they asked me if they could change the oil while the car was in and I said sure: $110. Never again.
