We were with the company over 15years. They have let our tank run empty the past two winters and charged us the emergency run fee. We were monthly budget users and were not offered any price lock for the current year. We decided to change propane companies and they have held our refund hostage for 6 weeks now indicating it could take as much as 8-10 weeks. They owe us over $500.00. I find this completely unacceptable. They are also unable to give me their corporate headquarters telephone number so I can call and check on the refund myself. The customer service representative tells me they do not have it, because they never call corporate!!! I also discovered that they have additional complaints with the Indiana Better Business Bureau and are NOT members. more
