Emergency Animal Clinic (?EAC?) was recommended to me by the clinic my dog normally goes to. I later find out that one of the vets at my dog?s regular clinic as well as one of the ?receptionists? also work at EAC. I rarely write reviews, but my experience this weekend compelled me to do so. Over the weekend, because my poor dog was extremely sick to the point in which could not walk without falling and landing on his back, I called ahead to EAC to tell them that I would need a stretcher. However, when I arrived, I was told that one was not available for whatever reason and my boyfriend, who recently had chest surgery, had to lift my 70+ lb dog into one of the exam rooms. The receptionist, though pleasant enough, appeared totally clueless and did not offer to help.
