This was quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. While attempting to pick up a log grate for my father (who I made the mistake of recommending this company to) I was accused of attempting to get something for nothing as an answer to my question as to whether it was included in the amount already paid or not. After trying to explain to her that I merely was trying to clear up whether it had been paid for or not and reiterate that I (the customer) did not appreciate the harsh treatment that was being directed at me was told that the company did not appreciate us trying to steal anything from them. I was left no recourse but to tell them to keep their item and made a promise to never purhcase anything from them again. Worst service ever!!!
Pros: They are breathing
Cons: Most hostiel employees I have ever met.
