We were recommended to another restaurant across the street but we were treated so poorly when we walked in that we did not want to eat there. Fortunately Manhattan is not a desert island. There were many restaurants in the area. Since we wanted Itallian food we went across the street to LISCA's. The moment we walked in the door we were treated with respect and courtesy. We were seated immediately and had drinks sitting comfortably at our table until the rest of our group arrived. Food was very fresh and delicious. Service was excelent. To me, Lisca's is a dining experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
