I read the reviews for this place but decided to give it a shot. BAD IDEA! I brought my shoes in on June 15th, was told they were going to be ready on July 9th, called July 15th when I hadn't heard anything only to be told that they needed more extensive work that would cost more money. I authorized this and was told it was going to be another month. Well I went to the store on Sept. 25th to find they weren't ready. I explained that I would be coming back in 1 week and if my shoes weren't done that I wanted a refund. OF COURSE THEY WEREN'T done when I went back!. Worse yet, they weren't done because the repair would have taken an hour! I filled out the refund form and we'll see if I get the charge back. Too bad I only spent 28.88 or I might get to take these fools to the People's Court! Pros: The man at the counter was friendly and apologetic Cons: Poor customer service, disorganized, pre-pay more
