First of all, I agree that it is totally outrageous that these guys write glowing reviews about themselves online here. Talk about two-faced lying. The truth is that they have no idea what they are doing when it comes to cleaning clothes and they have messed up twice now, destroying two sets of slacks that I brought in (yes, I gave them a second chance....even after they lied and wouldn't honor a coupon of theirs that I received in the mail). Horrible business. I'll be reporting them to the Better Buziness Bureau (citysearch doesn't let me spell it correctly).
