The sales clerk told me there was a sign on the desk by the register. Another sales clerk said it had been moved. They both also told me it was on the receiept. What good does that do ya???????? The sales clerk called the owner WENDY at the Short Pump location and the sales clerk explained the situation to her. After she hung up with WENDY she said ""Sorry it will have to be a merchandise credit"". I told her how unfair that was and YES I was very irritated and told them that they should make people aware of this BEFORE THER BUY. . I left my store with my credit and went right outside and called the owner at Short Pump. NOW here is the whole reason I am writing this review. Not because I have such a problem with there return policy and YES it stinks but life goes on. It was the way the owner talked to me. When I called I asked for ""WENDY"" and she said speaking. I said I just had left her store and was wanting to speak to her about a situation. She then said she was on the other line long distance and asked if she could call me back. I said sure no problem. When she called me back I calmly explained to her the siutation and that I though it was a unfair way to do things. She replied by saying that she could do things anyway that she wanted that she was the owner and that she didnt even have to do that and it was her right to do it how ever she pleased. So I kindly responded that YES she does have every right and that I had every right as well to write a review and I said ""THANK YOU AND HAVE A NICE DAY"" and hung up. She then had the gull to call me right back.When I answered she said 'MAKE SURE YOU SPELL THE NAME RIGHT"" and I told her no problem and that I would and then she hung up on me. I am very shocked that she would handle her business this way. Apparentley she has forgotten the meaning of customer service. I hoped she learned from this.
