My husband and I visit Potato Valley once a week. The potatoes are original and delicious. He's partial to the marinated cuban chicken potato. It's toppped with a chile lime sour cream, veggies, lettuce, slices of mango and cucumber, and imported danish onions. I have five favorites: The Texas salsa; Veggie Curry; Artichoke with green chiles and cottage cheese; Broccoli, blue cheese, and cheddar; and Spinach, feta, and roasted garlic. The staff is friendly and since they cater to the lunch crowd they are pretty quick. Since the begining of October they are open till 6pm too.
Pros: Great food, filling, friendly service.
