I am a 38 year old woman, mother of two who juggles doing it all, from working, to being a mom, wife and friend to trying my best to stay fit and heathly. I have been athletic my whole life, growing up in Aspen CO - I was a ski racer, played team sports and did tons of hiking and biking in the mountains.
