I am a 36 year old mom with a four year old and a two year old. Like many 30-something moms, I had a few pounds I wanted to lose. In April, I began working out with Don. My whole attitude towards fitness has changed- it used to be totally about losing weight, but now, I am into the challenge- into pushing myself to get stronger and the satisfaction that comes from meeting my goals. In addition to his ability to motivate, Don is energetic and funny. I always have a good time when we work out, even when I am sweating like crazy. I actually look forward to working out.\r
