I joined a year ago and have enjoyed the classes very much. I have lost weight, have better flexibility, have better concentration, and an overall happier healthier feel. The classes now are a routine in my life and will probably be forever. Yoga, Tai Chi, and Meditation helps balance in all areas. The benefits I have mentally is what makes this different than most other activity out there. A lot of positive energy.
