After going to several jewelers and not being satisfied with their problem solving skills and how the final product was going to look, I made an appointment to see William Travis as I had heard that he is a very creative jeweler. And I am so happy I did. I had an old ring that my mother wore when she died and I wanted it made into a pendant. William sat down with me, drew a couple of options and came up with a solution that created a beautiful piece and one that doesn't look like a ring which was converted into a pendant. He is an extremely talented jeweler and his work is simply beautiful. His staff is exceptionally courteous and helpful and William is a joy to work with. After a couple of weeks I called to see if would be possible to have the pendant ready ahead of schedule as I wanted to be able to wear it on the first anniversary of my mother's death. (I didn't tell them this was the reason.) They were happy to oblige and when they needed to make a slight adjustment, they did it while I waited. If you have an old piece of jewelry that needs to be repaired, or if you are looking for an award winning design, I highly recommend William and his team.
