I'm not sure about the individual side, but our company uses Cellular Fantasy and they have been great. I think they have a corporate side that is seperate from the retail location. They have been able to handle unusual requests and they saved us a ton of money and time comapared to Verizon.
Pros: Personal service, variety of phones/plans, price
Cons: don't always get the newest phones
