Overpriced and shady service 7/15/2009

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. I went in looking for a dock charger for my blackberry because it would no longer charge from the port. The salesman there mislead me and said those were very expensive and convinced me to buy an external battery charger for $60 (which he said would be $40). I then went home and discovered that not only were the dock chargers only about $8, but the charger that I did end up buying was only $30. The man (who I suspect was the owner) completely ripped me off. Corrupt business practices. Cons: everything more

Terrible service and huge outage going on four days 9/6/2008

This company has just had a severe outage which is going on four days. I have been calling them for the last four days and finally got in touch with them. They don't care that I have been suffering loss of business due to their outage and they said in order to cancel I will have to pay my last billing cycle and that I can not immediately disconnect service even though my contract is up. I would definitely stay away from them as you will be very unhappy if you sign up with them. Pros: nothing Cons: everything more

WORST COMPANY IN EXISTENCE 2/13/2008

this place has terrible customer service first of all. The people there could careless about their clients. They charge you more than going straight through the service provider. On top of that you have to use their cellphone which are always out of date and have terrible service. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE SHOULD SOMEONE USE THIS PLACE. Cons: EVERYTHING more

I'm not sure about the individual side, but our company uses Cellular Fantasy and they have been great. I think they have a corporate side that is seperate from the retail location. They have been able to handle unusual requests and they saved us a ton of money and time comapared to Verizon. Pros: Personal service, variety of phones/plans, price Cons: don't always get the newest phones more

Never Buy a Cell Phone from This Store! 2/2/2007

The owner of the store who is also the head salesman (Steve) tries to cheat money out of you in anyway he can. I've heard of multiple instances when he's overcharged customers on plans and cell phones. I would never recommend Cellular Fantasy to anyone nor would I ever go back there. The service is terrible and they try to squeeze every penny out of your pocket!!! STAY AWAY!! Pros: Good location? Cons: Gets cell phones late, poor service, and tries to cheat you! more
