i agree with the reviews above. this is the worst place to have to send your phone and the customer service is AWFUL! i was told my phone would be covered under warranty and low and behold it wasn't... not a problem i will just pay for the repair and get my phone back right? wrong! the only method of payment they offer is by credit card and i do not have one, so i was told i could mail it in and then it would take another 4 to 6 weeks. mind you they have already had my phone for almost 3 weeks. i have registered a complaint with the business bureau. i suggest others who have a bad experience do the same.
Cons: awful is the only word that comes to mind
