i agree with the reviews above. this is the worst place to have to send your phone and the customer service is AWFUL! i was told my phone would be covered under warranty and low...

i agree with the reviews above. this is the worst place to have to send your phone and the customer service is AWFUL! i was told my phone would be covered under warranty and low and behold it wasn't... not a problem i will just pay for the repair and get my phone back right? wrong! the only method of payment they offer is by credit card and i do not have one, so i was told i could mail it in and then it would take another 4 to 6 weeks. mind you they have already had my phone for almost 3 weeks. i have registered a complaint with the business bureau. i suggest others who have a bad experience do the same. Cons: awful is the only word that comes to mind more

It is ridiclous how slow this outfit is in getting phones repaired and returned. I have been waiting 2 1/2 months. more

Too slow for me 7/17/2007

Spoke with Amanda today concerning the repair of my Lg LX225 that was sent in for repair on April 26, 2007. They called me in June to state that they needed $40.00 to repair my phone. I mailed that in and she said she received the payment on June 18, 2007. Today's date is July 17 and she stated that they are waiting on parts to come in for my phone. You know it's been 4 months now and I said to her ""well maybe I'll have it back before Christmas."" This is not the best place to send your phone in for repair. Try somewhere else. more
