I started out looking for a trainer to do a 6 week ?get ready for summer? fitness plan and it has turned into part of my weekly routine! I don?t ever want to give it up. Josh has made working out fun and interesting. He always has me doing something new and challenging in each workout! I travel frequently with work and he?s also given me workouts I can do when I travel and at home. I?ve gotten great results and am continuing to see changes and get stronger. He?s the best!
