Buyer beware! While the service and attention before the sale were terrific, there was a complete reversal after. We've had our patio room for only two years and have had numerous problems--leaking roof, collapsing latticework, bottom panelwork which is cracking , watermarked, and peeling. The workers did not come when scheduled on at least 6 different occasions. Customer service is rude and unresponsive. A letter sent to Mr. Richard Edwards received no reply.
