Great Service and Beautiful Workmanship 4/18/2012

I heard of this company for many years now and they have a great reputation not only for manufacturing one of the finest sunrooms and patio enclosures around today. We are considering a sunroom ourselves. I guess I called them just at the right time. The owner of this company came out himself. He had several jobs in our area. He took me around and showed me some of the rooms he manufactured and Installed. They are just BEAUTIFUL one look and you can see the Quality of these rooms. He introduced me to one of his clients he was extremely happy and recommends Custom patios and Natural View to anyone. Very happy!! more

Great Workmanship 3/4/2012

I just had siding, roofing and windows installed on my home. I almost drove past my house when I came home! The work was done fast and efficient. The crew was wonderful. The entire project made my home so much more comfortable; not to mention, to the compliments I have received from my friends, neighbors and relatives. I highly recommend it and will go back for all of my home improvement needs. more

Owner took money/didn't deliver sun room!!! 12/17/2009

Legal action is being taken against this company for not delivering goods which were paid for in full. Cons: Cashed check and kept Sun Room!!! more

Hope you don't need their warranty 11/18/2009

Was told that a winter cover would be able to be put on the pool after the deck was built ....in the past 4 weeks I have called them 6 times and no one returns the call. As far as I am concerned it was not built to specs....Life time warranty right....hasnt even been 6 months and they ignore me Cons: Customer Service after job is non existant more

THE COMPANY INSTALLED OUR PATIO ROOM IN A PROFESSIONAL AND TIMELY MANOR. THE INSTALLERS WERE GREAT GUYS AND CLEANED-UP ANY DEBRIS. WE ENJOY RELAXING AND HAVING OUR FRIENDS OVER IN OUR BEAUTIFUL ROOM. Pros: BRINGS THE OUTDOORS INSIDE more

Terrible workmanship and no follow-up or service after the sale 10/9/2007

Buyer beware! While the service and attention before the sale were terrific, there was a complete reversal after. We've had our patio room for only two years and have had numerous problems--leaking roof, collapsing latticework, bottom panelwork which is cracking , watermarked, and peeling. The workers did not come when scheduled on at least 6 different occasions. Customer service is rude and unresponsive. A letter sent to Mr. Richard Edwards received no reply.
