I've noticed quite a few rave reviews by supposed ""new yorkers"" who love this place. About a week ago I waited nearly 50 minutes for a chicken parmesan. How long does it take to melt a pice of cheese over an already prepared piece of chicken? The service was good in the midst of my long wait. I asked to speak to a manager and none seemed to care. I've been on several sites where other reviewers claim the guy ""with the muscles???"" helped my son with ice cream."" Yippee maybe he should help himself to the oven and cook some chicken. I'm sorry to all the native new yorkers but i'd rather ""fugetaboutit""
