We renovated our whole house and bought all our appliances from Appliance World. They talked a good talk about customer service and how they were committed to making sure we were satisfied with our appliances and so forth. But when it turned out that the stove they sold us was defective and leaking gas, they sided with the manufacturer (who said the gas leak must be in our house, not the stove). Only when I got a report from the gas utility company saying that the stove itself had a gas leak and was dangerous did Appliance World finally intervene with the manufacturer. It took a month and almost daily phone calls to get this resolved. The technician who finally fixed the stove said that it had a sizeable gas leak that could have caused health problems for everyone living in the house.
Pros: Nice selection, the salespeople are very nice and helpful when you're shopping
Cons: Not so helpful if your appliance turns out to be defective
