The customer service experience was a joke. I have never been treated like this at any car dealership. Very unprofessional help. They supposably only had ""4 cars"" on the lot. When I asked questions about the car, they were avoided. The price was ridiculous. ($12,000 for a used Cavalier with 64,000 miles). When I said thats too much all they did was take off the downpayment and add a few more months of payments. They treated me as if I was stupid. When I said I wanted my father to help me out they insulted me by saying "" oh so you let your dad make your decisions for you."" They tried to rush me into the deal, questioned why i wanted a car, didnt really give me any options for other cars. I asked for a 4 door car and they showed me a 2 door car. And had the nerve to say ""well you dont have any kids right, why you worried? Lets knock on wood."" What kind of professionalism is that? Not only that but I could hear the other salesman cursing and making fun of a client that wasnt present about how little money she made and ""she wasn't worth sh*t"". I will never go back here and do NOT recommend this place to anyone looking for a car with no credit or bad credit. I suggest going elsewhere! Pros: I left without spending a fortune on a car not worth it Cons: bad parking, loud rude talking about customers and personal life in front of clients... more
