I recently bought a 2004 Jeep Wrangler from bestway autos. The deal itself went down pretty smooth. I have some credit issues and they were very understanding. I got the payment i was looking for and the rate. I love my jeep. The salesman mr. alonso was very dedicated and very professional. I will definetly send my family to do business with them. As a matter of fact my cousin will be there this weekend to buy a family van. more

I had a few problems with he paperwork that I had at hand, so I had to do a trip home, but the sales man Albert was kind enough to take me. I had never heard of anyone doing that, he stayed with me until the entire process was completed, the time at the store was more than I expected, and they did ask for $300 bucks more than what I had for down. but the my sales man explained why and it made sence. overall the experiance was good and I got to take my Sierra 1500 home the next day. I would recomend bestway to my friends. more

I would never,ever recommend this place to ANYONE.The guy helping us didnt get the credit for selling us the truck,some a!!hole did.Everytime I tried to call him and ask where my husbands truck was since they sold it to him with rotted tires(and it supposedly passed a 500 point inspection)He is VERY rude and said ""look,Im trying to make my money,I can talk to you""and would never call me back or my husband.Everytime I call I switched around to different a holes everytime.It took them 5 days to put on 2 new tires.They left NO gas in it and a soda can and food.I was going to buy another new vehicle in may but I will NEVER buy from there and I will make sure I tell everyone how horrible this place is.If you read good reviews on here,its them writing it. more

all went well, short delay i needed to provide proof of income and i am self employed, once that was done everything pretty smooth, i had a very bad trade in car that they took off my hands, would recommend Pros: financed me self employed.. Cons: wanted a red one got blue more

We purchased a used truck and followed up with a used four-wheel vehicle. Both purchases were great experiences. The sales people were friendly and knowledgeable, and service was excellent. They did everything we asked and it felt like we were being welcomed into a family rather than simply buying a vehicle. We had a minor problem with one vehicle and Bestway was quick to respond even though we purchased the vehicle ""As Is"". They fixed the problem immediately and followed up to ensure that we were satisfied with the entire buying experience. We highly recommend Bestway Autos for the purchase of your next vehicle. I wish I had read these reviews before I bought my car! My whole purchasing experience was horrible and now I think I have even more great things in the future to look forward to! The managers are horrible to say the least and the finance managers are total doushe bags as well. And the sales guy was a total creeper hittiing on me even though he was easily 2 or 3 time my age and a total doushe in the same right. I would never EVER EVER! recommend buying a car from t hem. more

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER!! I HAVE HAD VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE WHEN I HAD GOOD CREDIT. BUT I GUESS WHEN YOU MESS UP YOUR GOOD CREDIT YOU GET WHAT YOU DESERVE. I was searching for the phone number on Google and I decided to take a look at the review that someone else had written about Bestway. I was so happy to see that someone else had a bad experience. Let me tell you about mine... unfortunately I was sucked into their trap ( not like the previous review writter ) and I have been making my payments at least a week before they are due. One day I decided to print out my credit report and there it was A REPOSSESSION from Bestway Autos!! It took 3 1/2 months for them to resolve this issue. The Fresh Start Manager was super rude when I called him on a Thursday afternoon. He said that he was busy and that he would get back to me on Monday. I could not believe that he would not help me with the repo that was showing on my report. I am trying to get a house and to have a repo on there would ruin my credit score but this was not on his to-do list!! One of his workers even made an excuse for him saying that the previous manager really messed the place up and that he has a lot on his shoulders. That is no excuse to treat the customers like *$#@. Thank God that I am almost finished paying the car off! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone even if you are desparate for a car! The customer service experience was a joke. I have never been treated like this at any car dealership. Very unprofessional help. They supposably only had ""4 cars"" on the lot. When I asked questions about the car, they were avoided. The price was ridiculous. ($12,000 for a used Cavalier with 64,000 miles). When I said thats too much all they did was take off the downpayment and add a few more months of payments. They treated me as if I was stupid. When I said I wanted my father to help me out they insulted me by saying "" oh so you let your dad make your decisions for you."" They tried to rush me into the deal, questioned why i wanted a car, didnt really give me any options for other cars. I asked for a 4 door car and they showed me a 2 door car. And had the nerve to say ""well you dont have any kids right, why you worried? Lets knock on wood."" What kind of professionalism is that? Not only that but I could hear the other salesman cursing and making fun of a client that wasnt present about how little money she made and ""she wasn't worth sh*t"". I will never go back here and do NOT recommend this place to anyone looking for a car with no credit or bad credit. I suggest going elsewhere!
