it wasn't fast service at all. i waited for 30+minutes. the hairdresser CECE did a horrible job on a simple crew cut. the top of my head was uneven and there's a small patch of hair that she missed on the side. I didn't discover this until I went home. I proceeded in returning to the store for a refund or fix. She had just begun to cut somebody's hair and wanted me to wait. I asked for the manager and she said that she was the manager. I didn't have an hour to waste so I asked for a refund. The charge to my credit card included tip and I wanted the full refund. She gave me 16.95 back and insisted that was what I paid for. Who in their right mind would think that they are entitled to a tip for a bad haircut. Her crew cut skill is not adequate to be in a salon and not even for a barber shop. Also she needs a recommendation for some good deodorant, her BO was unbearable. The cut was far from super.
