Who Will Fix My Hair 7/13/2009

Good customer service does not apply at this salon. They don't know what it is. I've never had such a horrible haircut. Some older woman looked overwhelmed at the front desk with blonde hair made me feel un easy as she got into a heated discussion witha a client over her returning a unused hair product. I thought the customer was always right. As I sat there I realized no one smiled they all looked like robots, then when it was my turn I was greeted nicely by CeCe (I think that was her name) I told her what I waned... what I ended up with was nothing close to what I wanted. Sad thing is... she just looked at me like... ""OH WELL""....then I got the comment...""Well what do you want me to do""....with that I refused to pay... the overwhelmed lady wanted someone to fix it. I didn't want anyone touching my hair. So I just paid for a haircut that was beyond repair and horrible to keep the peace. So I bring this to you.....go somewhere else! Pros: The hair gel worked Cons: Where do I start? more

Why Didn't Google Them? Grade F 5/1/2009

Nothing made my experience at this establishment a pleasure. The blonde lady at the front desk needs more medication and the hairstylist that cut my hair (Her name was CeCe) needs to go BACK to school and learn how to layer hair evenly. I WISH I google the salon BEFORE I went. Big Mistake on my side.... Now for the growing out phase. :-(( Cons: Rude Short Blonde Hair Receptionist Horrible CUT more

Don't Even Bother! 4/29/2009

I'm new to the area and needed a simple hair. Nothing fancy just a guys haircut. First I was greeting by some really rude older blonde lady at the desk. She acted as if she was over come with a anxiety attack in the process of answering the phone and taking names. She snapped an me for asking how much a cut and shampoo was. ""It is right there"" as she point above her head. Okay whatever. THEN I was seated with a REALLY big woman... CeCe was her name (run if you see her)... She buzzed my hair to high when I stated I wanted it low. Then she said my hair didn't need texture in which I have always had texture. Bottom line..... Avoid this place with you life. You have been warned! Pros: They have Products Cons: The Weird Blonde Receptionist and the Heavy Blonde Chick more

Go at your own RISK! 4/29/2009

Beautiful haircut, treatment, & blowdry for under $60! 3/19/2009

Now, listen people, I've been to some upscale salons around town, but with the economy the way it is, I just can't justify spending $200 on my hair anymore. So, I ignored the previous reviews and took a chance. Lo and behold, I walked out with the most beautifully cut, silky soft, delicately layered hair imaginable. Girls, there's NOTHING to be afraid of with this salon. The staff is very friendly, and my hair looks better than ever. Josef, though a little eccentric, did an amazing job. Besides, what are you worried that someone might SEE you at Supercuts? Leave your ego at the door. They'll have you out of there in under an hour, anyway. You won't be disappointed! Pros: attentive stylist, quick & pretty haircut and blowdry Cons: the former reviews more

Do not get your haircut here!! 6/9/2008

DO NOT GET YOUR HAIRCUT HERE! They didn't listen to what I wanted and when I asked them to do what I wanted, I was told there was nothing more that she could do. She then essentially told me to leave when I tried to get the cut I wanted. Cons: I had to shave my head my haircut was that bad more

Ok for Guys, Gals should stay away 10/24/2007

So today my gf and I went to supercuts in Culver City. This was not my first time there and I've had my share of bad cuts there. I however refuse to pay $50.00 for the privelege of cutting my hair. My gf on the other hand just wanted her split ends cut. I'm not a bad person, I warned her three times not to get her hair cut at supercuts. My haircut turned out fine but my gf got her hair cut by a woman named Cece. You might have already noticed Cece's name in the other poor review, there's a reason for it. Cece cut almost 2 inches off my gf's curly hair and one side was even longer than the other. My gf was so upset she ran to bathroom crying. The difference for a good and bad haircut for me is two weeks. For my gf it will be at least 2-4 months before she can fix this mistake. Please avoid Cece next time you are there. Pros: Ok for guys Cons: Not for woman more

worst cut ever 10/16/2007

it wasn't fast service at all. i waited for 30+minutes. the hairdresser CECE did a horrible job on a simple crew cut. the top of my head was uneven and there's a small patch of hair that she missed on the side. I didn't discover this until I went home. I proceeded in returning to the store for a refund or fix. She had just begun to cut somebody's hair and wanted me to wait. I asked for the manager and she said that she was the manager. I didn't have an hour to waste so I asked for a refund. The charge to my credit card included tip and I wanted the full refund. She gave me 16.95 back and insisted that was what I paid for. Who in their right mind would think that they are entitled to a tip for a bad haircut. Her crew cut skill is not adequate to be in a salon and not even for a barber shop. Also she needs a recommendation for some good deodorant, her BO was unbearable. The cut was far from super. more
