These guys have always made me wait for atleast an hour after the scheduled time that they were supposed to arrive. I am new here in framingham and once these guys knew that I am regular customer, they started making me wait. When you call up to follow up on whether or not the taxi is gonna arrive these people answer back very rudely. I wont recommend anyone to use their services
Cons: You have to pay entire fare inspite of having to wait for like an hour past the scheduled time for the taxi to arrive
