Our group made reservations for a weekend night and arrived on time to find the vestibule full of people. We didn't worry since we had a reservation. However, after waiting for nearly an hour, we were finally seated. At no point did the hostess ever inform us as to the status of our table and forced us to take turns fighting through the crowd to go and ask her. People is groups as large as ours were seated before us and they had reservations that were after ours. No explanation was offered for this. When we were finally seated, our waiter treated us kindly and the food was delicious. At the end of the meal, the hostess came to our table to apologize and to also inform us that she was not only the hostess, but an assistant manager as well! While we were comped for a bottle of wine and some breadsticks, I don't think a free meal could even entice me to visit this establishment again.
