My wife and I both visited this dental group and each time we recieved the same high pressure sales tactics. My wife switched after the first visit. I went back 2 times believing I could put up with their endless sales pitches and high pressure tactics. The second time I went, they nearly would not fill my cavities because I would not agree to inlays. I regected the inlays and they reluctantly filled them. That visit took twice as long as it should have due to unnecessary waiting and sales pitches and they weren't able to clean my teeth (what I originally went in for). I did let them talk me into 6 fillings, 2 of which he barely drilled nor applied novacaine (probably unecessary). The final time when I went in for the cleaning, they pushed me into a periodontal evaluation after which they explained that they could not do a basic cleaning because I had a beginning stage gum disease between 3 of my teeth. They said it would cost $600 in copays to clean my teeth and would not do the no copay cleaning I went in for.
Pros: Clean environment, good technology and history tracking.
Cons: High pressure sales, forced upgrades, long waits.
