I frequent Barnes and Noble once a week with my two sisters. We enjoy browsing the books and our vanilla lattes. The kids behind the coffee counter are wonderful! They know us by name and usually remember what are order is.However, the management has changed and it's not as cozy. By 10:15pm they are announcing that the store will be closing and they do this every 10 minutes. It's annoying and it says to me 'get out'. They have also decreased their staff and the store doesn't look as 'picked up' as it used to. The furniture needs a good cleaning or reupholstering.\r

Overall, I enjoy going to this location because of it's convenience. However, I would like to see more staff and less overhead announcments.
